At Erik & Me, every order is prepared with care and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

If you have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been approved, items should be returned within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned with any original packaging where possible.

  • Not be damaged, altered or show signs of use.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Almost all Erik & Me products are handmade and made to order specifically for each customer.

As these items are made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins, but once work has started we may be unable to amend or cancel your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
