Welcome to Erik & Me. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at www.erikandme.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Handcrafted & Bespoke Nature

As our products (including lampshades and cushions) are handcrafted, please note:

  • Small variations in pattern placement, color and texture may occur. This is the nature of bespoke interiors and is not considered a fault.

  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the exact color of the fabric.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

3. Lead Times & Delivery

  • Many of our items are made to order. Our current estimated lead time is 7–14 working days

  • We use [e.g., Royal Mail / DPD] for deliveries. Erik & Me is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the item has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-to-ship items: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Bespoke/Made-to-Order items: In accordance with UK distance selling laws, items made to your specific requirements (such as custom-sized lampshades or specific fabric choices) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Return Shipping: Unless an item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@erikandme.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Erik & Me owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website, including designs, photography and logos. You may not republish or redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Erik & Me shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
